RESTORING OUR URBAN RIVERS: JULY 20TH, CHARLTON HOUSE, SE7 8RE 2.30pm

Paul de Zylva, Chair of Quaggy Waterways Action Group (QWAG) is our next presenter discussing urban rivers and their influence on communities, specifically south east London’s River Quaggy as the UK’s most heavily engineered river. Find out how a community changed minds about how to treat the Quaggy and our other urban rivers, making them better for wildlife, for recreation and for flood prevention.
