This Saturday 21st January, at Charlton House at 2.30 pm we’re looking forward to welcoming Michael Passmore to hear about the Morris Walk estate. Morris Walk was constructed for the London City Council between 1963 and 66 and was the first estate in England built using a heavy concrete panel system. We hope to be able to welcome you to hear more about this local landmark.
And we hope you can join us too on Monday 20th February when the King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery have kindly offered to show a group of Charlton Society members around their stables. We’ll have more information on times and meeting places closer to the date, but for now, keep the date in your diary if you can!
