We’re not the only group looking after the interests of Charlton residents. Here are some of the other groups working to make SE7 a better place:
- Charlton Parks Reminiscence Project an historical overview of the green spaces in Charlton
- Charlton Neighbourhood Forum a designated group of residents and businesses, appointed by the Council, to develop a neighbourhood plan
- Friends of Hornfair Park working to preserve and enhance the green space of Hornfair Park
- Friends of Maryon Parks for the maintenance of both Maryon Wilson and Maryon Park, plus Gilbert’s Pit and Barrier Park
- Pet Cemetery managed by the Blue Cross, a memorial site set up for the pets of military personnel since 1897
- Royal Greenwich Heritage Trust has responsibility for the care and management of significant heritage sites and landmarks in Greenwich, including Charlton House
- St Luke’s an active part of the Charlton community
